I’m Wendy and I’m so glad you’re here! On my website you will find a lot of great info about adopting and following a ketogenic lifestyle.

There is a LOT of conflicting (and erroneous) advice out there about what is healthy, but I’m going to help you learn what really works. Because multiple factors affect our health, in addition to sharing information specific to keto, I’ll also share some more general information about how to choose the healthiest foods available. I’m committed to helping YOU be successful!

For many of us, the consequences of our food choices to this point may be catching up to us in more ways than one. But it’s never too late to start taking better care of yourself! Whether you are brand new to keto or have been doing it for a while and are just looking for support and information, you’re in the right place.

I understand how busy life can be, so I’ll always do my best to keep the articles relatively short and to the point, informative but without adding so many details that it takes a long time to read through everything. I also do my best to share the latest information I’ve learned, as I am constantly educating myself about diet and nutrition. So, if you read something today that differs from something I wrote on the same topic in the past, it probably means that I have learned something new on the subject and want to share it with you. Information is empowering, and I want you to have as much of it as you can to help you succeed!
