Me at the start of my keto journey.

Hi, I’m Wendy, and I’m so excited that you’re here! Congratulations on taking your first step toward optimal health by choosing keto living!

I’ve been fascinated with learning about the link between nutrition and health for a very long time. We are what we eat, as the saying goes, and it’s truly the very foundation of being well.

My goal with this website is to share all I’ve learned and experienced with you. I’m truly passionate about helping you lose weight, improve your heaIth, and experience the energy and vitality I know is possible when you live a healthy ketogenic lifestyle. I invite you to follow my blog and allow me to support you on this amazing journey. Are you ready to feel better than you may ever have dreamed possible?

My Education

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia. I received my certification as a Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City in 2007. Since then I have continued to educate myself continually on the topics of wellness and nutrition by studying information shared by many experts in these fields. Now I’m beyond excited to be able to share the wealth of knowledge I’ve gained to help YOU be successful!

No More Excuses!

Me at the start of my keto journey

Sometimes just getting started is the hardest part. Believe me, I get it! It took me quite a while to start implementing the keto lifestyle myself, despite my knowledge of how it works and the benefits of doing so. I had a lot of excuses. But I finally decided that no matter how “good” my reasons were, the bottom line was that I was never going to get where I wanted to be by pointing a finger at everyone and everything around me.

We can’t control life, but we CAN control the choices we make. At any time you are free to decide to take better care of yourself – it’s never too late!

Today I choose me. I’m 56 years old, and since starting keto I’ve lost 50 pounds, gotten my blood sugar levels back down into a normal range after years of having them in the diabetic and pre-diabetic range, and have gotten my high blood pressure under control, all without medication. I’m a work in progress, and I’m loving the process. Few things are as motivating as seeing your own success – and let me just say how cool it is to have people comment on how great you look!

So How About You?

Are you in? Are you ready to begin this totally life-changing way of life and experience being the best you you can be?! This is my wish for you. I am committed to helping you every step of the way by sharing my knowledge, support and experience. I have faith in you, and I KNOW you can do this!

Keto on, my friends, and enjoy this amazing journey!
